Audeze LCD | Dekoni Audio Limited Edition Holiday Replacement Earpads Measurements

The LCD headphones have remained an audiophile favorite, offering ground-breaking sound quality and a sleek design that’s sure to turn some heads.

While our Limited Edition LCD Holiday earpads will certainly upgrade the look and feel of your headphones, let’s take a look at how they may affect the way they sound.

When testing our holiday flannel earpads with the Audeze LCD 2, we found that they match a similar sound signature with the stock earpads. The holiday flannel pads utilize the same design as our classic LCD replacement earpads; the main difference being the exterior flannel material. 

With that being said, our classic earpads didn’t affect the original sound signature of our earpads either. Due to the fact that we crafted earpads with similar dimensions to the stock earpads, there will be very few sound signature changes. 

According to the graph, all colors of our flannel pads retain a similar frequency response throughout the mid, lows, and highs. However, the most noticeable change is a dip in the high mids at around 1-2 kHz. Besides the other minor fluctuations between the different colors, each earpad should deliver a similar, if not the same, listening experience.
