Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on any purchase of new Dekoni Audio products. Returns can be requested via our contact form on our website via live chat or through shopify self serve returns. From there, our team will assist in facilitaing the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and should send all returns to the following address:

Upon receipt and validation of the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note there could be delays with your return if you do not include your original order number in or on the box.
