Welcome to Dekoni Audio. By visiting or purchasing from dekoniaudio.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they cover your rights and ours when you shop with us.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Dekoni Audio. "You" refers to the person visiting or purchasing from our store. "Services" refers to our website, store, and everything on it.
Section 1 — Who Can Use This Site
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You also confirm that any purchases you make are for personal or household use — not for commercial resale or export without our written permission.
Section 2 — Your Account
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Don't share your login with anyone. We're not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be inaccurate or in violation of these Terms.
Section 3 — Our Products
We work hard to accurately represent our products — descriptions, materials, dimensions, and photos. That said, colors and textures can vary slightly depending on your screen, and product specifications are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.
A note on product fit: because earpads are physical accessories designed to fit specific headphone models, we encourage you to use our "Find Your Pads" tool or contact us before ordering if you're unsure about compatibility. This helps ensure you get the right fit.
Section 4 — Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we accept it and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time you submit your order is the price you pay, barring any errors. Taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable customs duties are not included in the listed product price unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you've given is accurate.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We process orders within two business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to a carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Section 6 — Returns and Refunds

Section 7 — Warranty
Dekoni Audio backs its products with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and design failures. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or improper installation, or cosmetic damage. To make a warranty claim, contact us at admin@dekoniaudio.com or through our contact form.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by location.
Section 8 — Intellectual Property
Everything on this website — including our name, logo, product names, photos, copy, videos, blog posts, and the "Dekoni Audio" brand — is our property or the property of our licensors. It is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may browse our site for personal use. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content — including product photos, descriptions, or branding — for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Our slogans, product line names (including Ensemble, Bulletz, Elite Velour, Sheepskin Series, and others), and the Dekoni Audio logo are trademarks of Dekoni Audio. Don't use them without asking first.
Section 9 — Third-Party Links and Tools
Our site contains links to third-party websites (such as our authorized dealers, review platforms, and social media channels). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. You use them at your own risk.
We also use third-party tools (like Gorgias for chat, Klaviyo for email, and others listed in our Privacy Policy) to run our store. We provide access to these tools "as is" and accept no liability arising from your use of them.
Section 10 — Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Dekoni Audio. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims or liabilities arising from your purchases.
Section 11 — User Submissions and Feedback
If you submit a review, idea, suggestion, photo, or any other content to us through our site, social media, or email, you grant Dekoni Audio a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm that you own the content and have the right to share it.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, false, offensive, or infringes on anyone else's rights.
Section 12 — Prohibited Uses
You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
