Dekoni Audio Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and terms for order processing, shipping, and returns for all purchases made through the Dekoni Audio website.
Order Processing
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within two (2) business days. Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- High-Volume Periods: During promotional events or holidays, order processing may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Backordered Items: Products marked as "Backordered" may require over three (3) weeks for fulfillment. We will provide updates on the status of your backordered items. For specific stock availability inquiries, please contact us via our website's contact form.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping Charges: All applicable shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and selected service, then displayed at checkout for your review before you complete your purchase.
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active once the carrier scans the package.
Shipping Destinations
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be dispatched via USPS First Class Mail. We can accommodate shipments to P.O. Boxes where carrier services permit.
International Shipping
Dekoni Audio proudly serves customers worldwide.
- Carrier: Our primary international carrier is UPS. If UPS service is unavailable in your country, please visit our International Dealers page to find a local retailer.
- Delivery Time: International shipments typically arrive within 3-7 business days, though this can vary based on the destination and customs processing.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Dekoni Audio is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed on your order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
While Dekoni Audio is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during transit, we are here to assist you. If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:
- Contact our support team immediately to initiate a claim.
- Preserve all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they will be required for the claims process.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new Dekoni Audio products.
- Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please submit a request through our returns form at dekoniaudio.com/returns/. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Payment & Security
We utilize PayPal and Amazon Pay as our secure, third-party payment processors. Your payment information is provided directly to these processors; Dekoni Audio does not have access to or store your sensitive financial data.
