Replacement Earpads for Meze 99 Headphones

Great product but would have loved if it was more clear that these are the small meze pads

No instruction in the box. As far as I understand, these are not compatible with Meze 99 Classic 2nd gen, at least if you don't want to tear the native pads to get the plastic ring out. Zero information, zero warning, money wasted. Especially pleasant, considering the fact these pads cost almost the half of the headphones price. Thanks for nothing.

There is no way to attach the ear phone replacement parts. Waste of money. Do not purchase this replacement part.

It was a little anxiety provoking when putting on the new pads, as I had never done that before and was worried about harming either the cans or the pads. But I was able to accomplish the task. They have altered the sound, from what I can perceive, as the Classics now sound a little closer to the Neos I also own and enjoy. :-)

I'm quite content with the quality and installation process of the sheepskin pads - was a bit of a challenge getting them on at first but I'm more than confident they're going to serve me well for the life of my headphones. They truly open up the soundstage and give me the comfort I was expecting
