Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days.
Orders are processed and shipping on weekdays, Monday to Friday. If we’re finding order volume to be higher than expected, you’ll likely need to wait an additional day for tracking information to be provided. If your ordered item is on backorder, wait times can be up to 3 weeks for orders to be fulfilled. In these events, items will be marked as “Backordered”, and any questions regarding your order status and stock availability can be answered via our contact form on our website.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS first class mail.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipment confirmation is made when your order has been processed by our warehouse, usually within one business day. Upon processing, a tracking number will be provided with your shipment confirmation.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Dekoni Audio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dekoni Audio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Dekoni Audio uses UPS for all international orders. International orders are subject to an international shipping fee, and customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes. Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on any purchase of new Dekoni Audio products. Returns can be requested via our contact form on our website at dekoniaudio.com/returns/. From there, our team will assist in facilitaing the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and should send all returns to the following address:
